All
our wedding cakes are made from the finest ingredients, and
before decorating are matured with a quality French Brandy
( optional ) and covered with a generous layer of marzipan.

'Canterbury' featured left, is an elegant royal iced Wedding
cake, decorated with shells, cornelli, fine line piping and
enhanced with delicate handmade sugar roses |

'Chester'
A sugar pasted cake, carefully decorated with garrett frills.
Shown here with striking handmade sugar orchids and hand modeled
sugar 'Bride and Groom' bears, which can be kept as a memento of
your special day.
